1.Play Sports
Now guys if you are a type of person who does not like to go to the gym or who doesn’t like to do cardio inside the gym
then here I am with a piece of great advice for all of you guys if you hate or if you don’t like doing cardio in your gym
what happens to a lot of people when they are trying to get ripped is that they don’t do cardio with great interest
they feel very bored while doing cardio they just do it for 5-10 minutes
so my tip for you if you want to get ripped but don’t have any interest in cardio
then go out and play any sport..!
yes guys playing any type of sport will help you a lot to get those calories and body fat burned in a fun way
because I don’t think so anyone gets bored while playing there favorite sports and another reason why playing sport
is good for you while getting ripped is that when you play any sport every part of your body is working and is in the motion
so playing sports is a great option to get your total body ripped and aesthetic
2.Eat Vegetables
Now I see that a lot of people while building their muscles or while getting ripped start taking more protein
which is 100% correct way ..but here comes the turn.
a lot of people depend on just dairy and non-vegetarian products to fulfill their protein needs
which is good because the dairy product and non-veg products are high sources of protein
but when you are trying to get ripped I will recommend you all to eat more vegetable
because a lot of vegetables have high protein and almost no calories
which is going to help you a lot while losing your body fat …the reason why I recommended green vegetables
is just because dairy products and non-veg products are good but they have high calories also sometimes
so what I will recommend is that eat more green vegetables while you are trying to get ripped and get that body fat percentage low.
3. Drink A Lot Of Water
Many of you might be thinking that hey how drinking water is connected to how to get ripped.!
but trust me guys drinking more water plays a very important role
while you are losing body fat or while you are trying to get ripped
you must have seen those pro bodybuilders carrying those heavy water bottles wherever they go.!
well the reason behind this thing is that when you drink more water then the food which you eat is digested in a better way
it does not get stored in your body as fat water helps that extra food to get digested properly so that less fat is stored in your body
and the protein which you get through food also breaks down in a better way in your body when you drink more water
so drinking more water guys ..and it also helps your body to look fuller
4.Sleep Well
Yes.! Sleeps is also directly connect to muscle building and weight loss the reason behind this is that
if you will not get enough sleep then you will get into tension and depression.
and when you will be in tension and depression you are going to face anxiety and obesity
which will lead you to more weight gain and you will not be able to get ripped even if you are good on your diet and workout
so what I will recommend you all guys is that never neglect your sleep if you are the person who doesn’t work out
then 7-8 hrs of sleep is a must for you and if you are a person who works out a lot then it is recommended to sleep for 8-9 hours per day
5.Dont Take Stress
So when you will take stress what happens to your body is that
taking stress will result in high cholesterol levels and then that will result in more weight gain
so what I will recommend to all of you guys if that don’t take tension in your life
always be positive and live a happy life
